About this Variety

Lilac New Age™ Lavender, Syringa vulgaris "G13099' PP32,623 isn't your grandma's Lilac, and a substantial improvement upon the older Lilac varieties by growing faster while staying compact and not go all wild. Syringas are commonly known as Lilacs. This variety is fragrant, attractive, and produces clean foliage throughout its season. Some things apparently are better then in the old days! Asexual propagation without proper authorization is prohibited.

Growing Instructions

Plant in well-drained soil 6-12" deep with crown at soil level, 10-12' apart. Soil and site: Select a site with full sun to partial shade and moist, well-drained soil. Water infrequently but thoroughly during dry periods or drought. Lilacs are a low maintenance shrub that, with a little care, will last a lifetime. Pruning: Prune immediately after flowering, removing dead and broken branches. You may then cut back to desired size and shape.
